List any current medications
List any allergies
Find out if any immediate relatives have ever had a melanoma
List any skin malignancies you have had previously, noting how and when treated
Make sure your skin is free from creams or make up
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that can be easily moved and/or removed
You will undress down to underwear
